As ACS's Chief Operating Officer, Nic supports Aqua Clear Solutions’ mission to deliver advanced water treatment and sustainability technologies to governments, industries, and communities worldwide. With nearly 20 years of experience in strategic communications, geopolitical advisory, and high-level corporate facilitation, Nic plays a critical role in helping Aqua Clear Solutions expand its global footprint and engage effectively with key decision-makers across priority markets.

After founding CEC Global in 2012, Nic has advised a broad portfolio of stakeholders—ranging from energy majors and security organisations to fintech innovators, sovereign interests, high-net-worth individuals, and multinational funds. His ability to architect complex stakeholder strategies, anticipate risk, and secure access at the highest levels directly supports Aqua Clear Solutions’ efforts to position itself as a transformative leader in water treatment, desalination, and environmental resilience.

Nic’s deep experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors provides a strong foundation for Aqua Clear Solutions’ work with utilities, industrial operators, and public-sector clients seeking dependable, sustainable water solutions. He is instrumental in guiding the company’s strategic messaging, partnership development, and international engagement across regions facing acute water scarcity and regulatory pressure.

In addition to his advisory work, Nic chairs several industry events and is a regular media contributor, speaking on global energy markets, governance, business strategy, and developments across the Former Soviet Union. His broader public service includes volunteering as a crew member with the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI), the United Kingdom’s volunteer-based charity dedicated to saving lives at sea.

In recognition of his humanitarian impact, Nic was appointed a Knight Commander of the Order des Belges (TME CdB) in 2024.
