Prof. Peter Platzer – Chief Executive Officer

At the head of Aqua Clear Solutions is Prof. Peter Platzer, whose entrepreneurial and strategic leadership has helped shape the development of ACS and the wider vision behind its sustainable desalination technology.

With a strong background in innovation and business development, Peter leads the overall strategic direction of the company, bringing together technology, investment and international project development.

His focus is ultimately on translating innovation into deployable infrastructure capable of making a measurable contribution to global water security.

Mag. Gregor Konrad – Chief Financial Officer

Mag. Gregor Konrad leads the financial dimension of ACS as Chief Financial Officer, providing the financial oversight and strategic planning required as the company moves towards commercial deployment.

His role encompasses financial strategy, corporate structuring and supporting ACS's investment and growth plans.

As ACS develops its international project pipeline and progresses its financing strategy, disciplined financial leadership will remain fundamental to building a sustainable and scalable company.

Guy Van Der Beken – Chief Technology Officer

At the centre of the ACS technical offering is Guy Van Der Beken, Chief Technology Officer.

Guy provides technical leadership across the development and implementation of the ACS desalination platform, helping bridge the gap between engineering innovation and practical deployment.

With ACS focused on modular, solar-powered desalination infrastructure, the CTO function is particularly important as the company progresses from technology development towards increasingly large-scale applications.

Dr. Valery Ivanov – Head of Research & Development

Dr. Valery Ivanov leads the Group's research and development activities, supporting the continued evolution, testing and optimisation of ACS technology.

Research and development remains central to the company's strategy. The objective is not simply to develop another desalination system, but to continually examine how renewable energy, energy recovery, thermal processes and advanced engineering can improve the economics and environmental performance of water production.

Valery's role helps ensure that scientific and technical development remains embedded within the long-term ACS growth strategy.

Nicholas Cobb – Chief Operating Officer

Nicholas Cobb serves as Chief Operating Officer, supporting the international commercial, operational and strategic development of Aqua Clear Solutions.

With a background spanning international business development, strategic communications, corporate advisory and stakeholder engagement across Europe, the Middle East and other global markets, Nicholas works across the commercial side of the ACS programme.

His role includes supporting international partnerships, investor and stakeholder engagement, market development and the broader coordination required as ACS develops opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.
