Stage 1 Capitalisation - Investor Relations in Association With:

Capture_edited.png

Aqua Clear Solutions (ACS) is raising initial strategic capital to finance the end-to-end development and deployment of its first operational infrastructure site in Cyprus. This phase is focused on transitioning ACS from advanced engineering development into real-world execution of its solar-driven desalination and integrated water-energy systems.

The Cyprus project serves as the first full-scale reference installation within the European market, designed to validate system performance under real coastal operating conditions. Funding will support full project delivery, including engineering finalisation, manufacturing, on-site construction, and operational commissioning of the pilot infrastructure.

European and global investors are increasingly positioned at the intersection of water security, climate resilience, and sustainable infrastructure transformation.

ACS addresses these priorities directly through a modular desalination and energy system designed for scalable deployment across drought-affected and coastal regions.

This stage offers early participation in a real infrastructure build-out rather than a conceptual or purely financial instrument.

Investors are aligned with a tangible European-based project addressing long-term water scarcity, energy efficiency, and sustainable resource independence.

Why Invest

Investment capital raised in this round is allocated directly to the Cyprus project execution pipeline:

  • Project Development: Final engineering design, permitting, site preparation, and regulatory compliance within Cyprus and EU frameworks

  • Manufacturing & Deployment: Production of modular desalination and energy systems, including solar capture infrastructure and integrated system components

  • Research & Development: Ongoing optimisation of system efficiency, energy recovery processes, and hydrogen integration capabilities

  • Working Capital: Operational staffing, logistics, installation costs, supply chain execution, and project management resources required for delivery

This structure ensures capital is directly linked to physical infrastructure creation and operational deployment.

Use of Funds

Investors participating in the Cyprus project gain early exposure to a scalable infrastructure platform operating within one of Europe’s most critical resource sectors: water security and sustainable energy integration.

Key benefits include:

  • Entry into an early-stage European infrastructure deployment

  • Direct linkage to a physical pilot asset in Cyprus

  • Exposure to desalination and water-energy convergence markets

  • Positioning within a scalable model designed for replication across global regions

  • Participation in a project aligned with EU sustainability and climate resilience priorities

This is a strategic infrastructure investment rather than a speculative financial instrument, with value derived from real-world system deployment and scaling potential.

Investor Value Proposition

The Cyprus installation will be not only grid-scale but an industrially relevant deployment of ACS’s solar-driven desalination and water-energy systems. It is designed to operate under real environmental conditions typical of Mediterranean water scarcity zones, where demand for sustainable freshwater production continues to increase.

The project integrates modular desalination units powered by concentrated solar energy, supported by energy recovery systems and optional hydrogen co-generation pathways. The objective is to demonstrate consistent, efficient, and scalable water production within a European regulatory and environmental framework.

Cyprus has been selected due to its strategic combination of water stress, strong renewable energy potential, and alignment with EU infrastructure development priorities. The project serves as a critical validation point for scaling ACS systems across broader European and international markets.
